Course Description:
This course is an overview designed to give the students a general focus of what it takes to start and maintain a home-based business as a Travel Agent. This class will walk you through the steps involved in becoming a home-based agent. Developing a business concept, setting up your books, your office and computer, selecting a host agency, setting up your files and a reference library. This course also discusses developing a marketing plan, legal issues and how to protect your business.
