Course Description:
Service excellence and customer service are something that everyone should strive to achieve especially in their jobs. This course will help the student to achieve those goals. By focusing on all aspects of customer service including, the major components of a customer focused environment, strategies for promoting a positive service culture, positive verbal communications, nonverbal communication and its potential impact, listening to the customer, key behavioral styles, how customer service is facilitated by the effective use of technology.
