We, in the Orlando area are fortunate to have world famous tourist attractions. This creates a huge demand from vacationers for resort/hotel rooms, which continues to escalate. Associated with this growth is the need for trained staff capacities such as front desk agents, sales and marketing representatives, reservations agents, concierge, and guest services. Responsibilities include: handling inbound calls for reservations from the general public and/or travel agents. Opportunities for management are excellent in this area.
