Career Description:
Typically, this is an entry-level career that is on the track of a hotel management training program. Companies look for a person with some background in customer service, a polished appearance, and a personable manner. Foreign language skills may also be an asset. Responsibilities include: checking people in, checks people out, makes reservations, and handles requests from guests.
