Career Description:
This individual helps passengers who need special assistance (such as in cases of oversold flights or missed connections) and may also check in passengers and baggage, process flights, issue tickets, and board passengers. There are also aviation careers in airport management, air traffic control, and the FAA. Many new airline employees begin as reservations agent or flight attendants.
